Monday, December 18 - Thursday, December 21: 8am - 5pm

Friday, December 22 - Monday, January 1: CLOSED

Tuesday, January 2 - Friday, January 5: 8am - 5pm

Students: Earn $10 and Get a Free Lunch!

The Library is looking for students to participate in a focus group on either of these two dates:


Tuesday, December 12 from Noon to 1:15 pm

or

Wednesday, December 13 from Noon to 1:15 pm


The meeting will take place in the Library Rare Book Room, located on the second floor of the Library, to the left.

You will be paid $10 and receive a free lunch!

Attendance is limited to 10 students per day and pre-registration is required. Contact David Schoen at schoen@niagara.edu to sign up. (Work-Study students currently employed in the Library are not eligible to participate.)

Temporary Study Room

From Monday, December 4 to Friday, December 15, the Rare Book Room on the second floor will be available for student use at these times:

Monday-Thursday: 6pm-1am
Friday: 6pm-8pm
Saturday: 10am-5pm
Sunday: Noon-Midnight

Please sign up for 2-hour blocks at the Circulation Desk.

Reminder: Never leave your personal belongings unattended. If you need to step out, lock the door and we will reopen it for you.

New Information Literacy Librarian

The Library would like to welcome its new Information Literacy Librarian, Kelly Waller. She most recently worked as a Reference Librarian at Genesee Community College in Batavia, NY.

Kelly earned a Master of Library Science from the University at Buffalo in 2005 and a Bachelor of Science in Education from Buffalo State College in 1996.

Extended Hours!

The Library is extending some of its hours the weeks of December 4 and December 11 so you can work late on papers & final projects and study for exams:

Monday, December 4 - Thursday, December 7:
8:00am to 1:00am

Monday, December 11 - Thursday, December 14:
8:00am to 1:00am
